Analyse macros and energy intake, perfect for general weight loss or muscle gain.

Detailed Dietary Analysis: £149

Analyse macros, energy intake and all vitamins and minerals to explore all aspects of your diet.

Premium Dietary Analysis with Blood Work: £199 (+cost of chosen blood test)

Detailed analysis as above with additional recommendations based on blood test results.

MISSION

Nutrition is a powerful tool we can all use to improve our lives. Healthy dietary habits have the power to prevent some of our most common diseases, from heart disease to diabetes.

There's a lot of confusion as to what constitutes a healthy diet and this lack of clarity prevents people from making the right nutritional choices. I also understand that life can be hectic, and many don't have the time to be analysing their diet. That's where I come in.

Instead of handing people a generic meal plan, I focus on meeting people where they're at and making adjustments to their current diet. This ensures you're getting everything you need, whilst not over-consuming things that may cause problems later down the line. Plus, recommendations based on your current diet means you'll still be eating the foods you know and love.

The science shows that if we consume the right foods in the right quantities, we can both improve and extend our lives.

I'm also a strong believer in taking regular blood tests to get an even greater understanding of how our current lifestyle is holding up against recommendations. Together, we can address areas of focus before they become problematic, whilst improving any issues you may currently be facing.
