It's important to build a good relationship with fitness at an early age so that healthy children can become healthy adults (when age is no longer on our side). There are many myths surrounding children training 'too early' but resistance training is actually extremely beneficial for bone density and development.

That's why I offer a range of fitness services for children to ensure that they start building healthy habits, and a love for exercise, to set them up well for the future.

Children's PT

Give your child a head start in the gym, with supervised sessions tailored to their age and ability. Sessions can focus on either a specific sport, skill, or general fitness.

I have trained young gymnasts, footballers, horse riders and those just wanting to get fit!

Fitness Class

A fun fitness class consisting of circuit-based exercises, incorporating both bodyweight and resistance activities.

The children choose a fitness-focused game to end the session each week, which is always a highlight!

Bootcamp

Weekly outdoor fitness classes throughout the summer holiday. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30-10.30am. Starting Monday 25th July until Friday 2nd September 2022.
